Dr. Iman is not only highly knowledgeable and experienced, but also incredibly kind and attentive. I’m noticing positive results from the PRP sessions, which gives me confidence moving forward. As for the Elite Care Medical Center, the facilities could use some improvement. Parking is also a challenge, it can be quite frustrating at times. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the medical services provided by Dr. Iman and would highly recommend her to anyone considering PRP or similar treatments.

I’ve now ended up needing an injection due to complications that clearly stemmed from the treatment. I was treated by Dr. Sahana and I truly wish I could give a rating of zero. The experience has left me in pain and shock. I expected a basic level of care and follow-up, but instead, I’ve had to deal with the consequences alone. If anyone from the clinic reads this, I strongly urge you to contact me and take accountability. This isn’t just about bad service — it’s about patient safety, which should never be compromised.
