I had an amazing experience at the clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The customer service was top-notch—everyone was so attentive and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The doctors were exceptionally skilled, explaining every step of the laser hair treatment process and addressing all my questions with care. The results have been fantastic, and I can already see great progress. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering laser treatments. Truly outstanding service!

Laser Session for Upper Lip, Lower Lip, and Chin – Honest Feedback At first, I genuinely thought this would be a great service. I had high hopes that after completing all seven sessions, I’d see visible results. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Now that the sessions are done, I honestly don’t see any improvement at all. It feels like I’m back from start—if anything, the hair seems even thicker than before. When it comes to customer service, I have no complaints. The staff were kind and accommodating, and for that, I’d give them five stars. But the service itself? Very disappointing. It felt ineffective and like nothing really happened despite the time and money invested. I truly hope that in the future, or with the next customers, the service can be improved to better meet their expectations. Thank you still for accommodating me, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends.

I was really impressed with the ambiance of the clinic. From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, calming, and very well thought out. The waiting area was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere with soft lighting and soothing music in the background. It didn’t feel like a typical clinic – more like a wellness center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, Receptionist ms. Ashwati was truly friendly which added to the overall positive vibe. It definitely helped ease any nerves I had before my appointment. A really comforting space that shows attention to both detail and patient experience!

I have done three session of leaser face hair removal , it’s a very good progress and now it’s almost 50 % reduced . Actually it’s very successful treatment and perfect job with Nurse Kris and very warm welcome from Ms Stefy
