a year agoOne of my worst experience ever, my appointment was st 4 pm and I stayed till 8 pm to see the doctor and yet he was busy with other patients , the receptionist over there kept on telling me 5 mins and 2mins and I ended up waiting 4 hours with no respect, finally they told me if you are unhappy just leave, no respect for the patients time. Very disappointed, I'd be glade if anyone of the top management contacts me

3 years agoعيادة لا تحترم المواعيد و الدكتوره الموجوده ما تعطي معلومات كافيه عن الاجراء و ما تعرف تشغل المكينه اصلاً One of the most unprofessional clinics ive ever been to in my life. I arrived in the clinic at 5 and saw the doctor at 5:40 clearly they do not respect time and double book patients. When i finally sat down with doctor she appeared clueless and both her and the nurses were unable to turn on the machine.. took them another 15 minutes to try to turn it on and at that point i had wasted an hour of my life and decided to leave. They tried to offer another machine but honestly i did not trust doctor to preform a procedure after my encounter with her. Also, after wearing gloves both doctor and nurses touch alot of cabinets/tools before preparing to touch my face which was super gross and unprofessional.

4 years agoEver since the beginning of Ramadan, they wouldn’t return any of my calls. It is totally inconvenient to have to come to the center to book an appointment. If you’re too busy to answer calls at least give your customers a call back! So disappointed.

8 years agoDr. Sally was so helpful in getting an appointment, plus the customer service was excellent. Evironment was clean and professional. During my consultation with Dr.Saulat Zahra I felt that she was knowledgeable and her explanations during the process made me feel relaxed, the prosedure was not as painful as I had imagined. Finally the cost was more than reasonable. I would gladly recommend this establishment to any of my friends and family.
