2 months agoI’ve been a loyal client of this beauty clinic for 1–2 years, and every visit has been exceptional. The reception team is always welcoming, and appointments are consistently on time. I’ve tried several treatments including HydraFacial, GeorginaFacial, Oxygenio, and laser, all of which noticeably improved my skin. The staff are professional, caring, and never rush They take their time and pay attention to every detail. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for quality skincare and a consistently great experience.

a week ago: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unprofessionalism** My experience at **Bioclinic Medical Center** was nothing short of disastrous. From the moment I arrived, I encountered **unorganized staff, long wait times, and a shocking lack of professionalism**. 1. **Appointment System is a Joke** – Despite booking in advance, I waited over **two hours** past my scheduled time with no explanation or apology. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to patients' time. 2. **Unprofessional Medical Staff** – The doctor I consulted was **rushed, dismissive, and barely listened** to my concerns. It felt like they were more interested in pushing unnecessary tests than providing proper care. 3. **Poor Hygiene & Facility Maintenance** – The clinic appeared **unclean**, with stained chairs and dusty equipment. For a medical center, this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. 4. **Overpriced & Unjustified Billing** – I was charged **exorbitant fees** for basic services, and the billing department was uncooperative when I questioned discrepancies. 5. **Zero Follow-Up or Accountability** – After raising complaints, **no one responded**. There’s clearly no effort to improve patient satisfaction. **Conclusion:** I would **never recommend** Bioclinic Medical Center to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and seek care elsewhere. There are far better clinics that actually value their patients.

4 months agoFive star treatment from my lovely laser tech Michelle, however timing and booking by reception could be improved. 4 out of my 9 appointments were moved without confirmation (by 30 minutes to 1 hour each time), or changed the day before (again by 30 minutes to an hour). A bit inconvenient and not very professional but the actual medical services are excellent. I highly recommend Michelle if you’re consider laser treatment.

2 months agoI had a great experience at the clinic! I did Botox for my face and the results were super natural. The staff was professional and kind, and everything felt clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

4 months ago1. (5 stars ⭐️) for the facial, one of the best facial I ever did in Abu Dhabi, staff, who do the facial are always friendly and have positive altitude. 2.(2-3 stars ⭐️ for lip & facial glow injection, to be honest after completing the required sessions , I did not see any noticeable improvement on my lip or face, so for me, the treatment wasn't effective. 3.(below 1 star ⭐️) for front desk (not all of the ladies, only one of them) one of the front desk ladies has a pushy begging marketing altitude, she tried so hard to sell packages even though I showed no interest multiple times, then I was surprised she walked in with a list of packages trying to sell me again, like lady! we know it's required to reach a sale target but this is not the right way to try to sell. I felt like im a hostage and I have to pay to let me out of the clinic, i just singed up for a package and left and I will not even go back to redeem the package , I don't want to be treated that way. Thus. Unfortunately I will never step a foot again, even though i was so happy with facial services and I had plan to do other services but with this marketing altitude, i would never go back. My advice to clinic, you really have good service but please change your way of marketing, just send a weekly update of the deal and your customers will singup if they are interested without the pushy marketing altitude that reflects there is an internal issue and need for cash from the clinic
