The clinic is clean and the staff are polite and welcoming — great service overall. However, I noticed a mosquito issue, which was unpleasant. I did two sessions of salmon DNA with Botox (about 7000 AED) for neck lines, but unfortunately saw no lasting results. They gave me one free follow-up, which helped a little temporarily, but the lines came back in day after day as an when the injection points getting healed. I also tried their signature facial, which was supposed to be deep cleansing and anti-aging, but I didn’t see any real difference. It was mostly machine-based, lasted only 1.5 hours instead of 2, and didn’t include proper blackhead extraction or cover the neck — which is standard in most clinics. Having done treatments in Korea before, I found those clinics to be far more thorough. They take time to analyze the skin, recommend what’s truly needed, and follow a multi-step routine that often includes deep cleansing, light laser, lifting machines, dermapen, and stem cells. Compared to that, the treatments here felt rushed. Overall, it felt overpriced for the results. I think they still need to improve the quality and depth of their skin treatments.
