I had an amazing experience here with Dr. Mohamed. He’s extremely attentive and patient. He explains to you every single procedure in detail and he only suggested things that would actually help my skin. I’m sure everyone has had an experience where they felt like the doctor is a “salesperson”, simply pitching ideas and making you go through unnecessary procedures; but that’s not what happens here at all!! Dr. Mohamed is genuinely great doctor with super gentle hands as well, so if you fear needles, don’t worry you won’t feel a thing! I’m gonna keep up with my follow ups just because of him and his amazing team all around. Thank you!

I recently had a frustrating experience at this beauty clinic that I feel compelled to share. First, they canceled my appointment without any prior notice, leaving me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I didn’t want to go back there but after several months I finally managed to give them another chance and reschedule, I thought things would go more smoothly, but that was not the case. During my second visit, I arrived on time, only to be left waiting for 30 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, rather than providing an apology, they asked me to wait another 30 minutes. This complete lack of communication and regard for my time is unacceptable. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with their service and professionalism. I expected better from a place that promotes itself as a reputable beauty clinic. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable service.
