2 months agoThe ClassPass users are not welcomed like the normal paying guests, I asked about the gelish removal with my mani pedi and I understand that was chargeback, I was informed at the beginning that it was AED 30 then later on when Sheryl started the work the receptionist said aah no it’s actually AED 60. The technician has already started by that time so to couldn’t say no. Melba who did my pedi was just fine. When a Lebanese customer came sheril told me I will ask my other colleague to continue your mani as I have my customer waiting for me!!!! Then another lady was trying to fix my nails (can’t recall her name as she didn’t have a name tag) was too in rush and didn’t let the nail polish to dry on time. She kept polishing one coat on top of the other and we had to fix one nails like thrice and by the end I just decided to leave. I have also tried the Hammam via ClassPass (keep in mind that it was pricy comparing to what is the market) the masseuse was really nice however I have booked with Kassa (which is the loufa)and I was told that it’s not part of the package and I had to bring my own. Overall experience is bad and will definitely not recommend anyone to go there

4 months agoI had an amazing experience with madero therapy today! The lady who did the massage was not only skilled but also incredibly kind and informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly, highly recommend!

a month agoThank you! I had a Moroccan spa, the lady had a very good energy (vibe) and did such an incredible exfoliation. I also had another lady who did my massage and she really made me relaxed and the whole experience felt really soothing. The warm bed, a seemingly small detail also added so much comfort to the experience.

a month agoI got a coupon in Groupon and I did Madero Therapy with Ayoub she’s from Morocco and she’s soooo good also I did blow dry and was nice. The staff is so friendly and kind! I’ll back soon for sure! Thanks

a week agoI am writing to formally complain about the Moroccan bath service I received at your facility on 12 Aug 2025, which caused me severe injury, pain, and distress due to the negligence and unprofessional behavior of your staff. The staff member (an African lady) performed the bath with excessive force, ignoring my repeated requests to stop because of the pain. This left my skin red, highly sensitive, and damaged. My stomach skin is peeling, and large areas of my body are now discolored. She used a hot water, and when I asked cold water she said no have only hot. It was so painful. She applied a thick, sticky oil to my body and hair without properly removing it, leaving me uncomfortable and unable to dry my hair properly. When I asked for Fucidin cream for the pain and skin damage, she said it was not available and then ignored me. The service area is on the third floor with no elevator, forcing me to walk up and down tiring stairs while exhausted and in pain. When I requested a hair dryer, I was told to go downstairs, which was unreasonable while my hair was wet. After waiting a long time, I had to dry it myself, but could not do so properly because of the oil residue. As a result, I could not sleep all night due to the pain. I will be visiting the hospital to obtain a medical report and will be pursuing legal action for the harm caused. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and showed a complete disregard for customer wellbeing. I expect a full investigation, a written apology, and compensation for my injuries, medical expenses, and the distress caused. Please treat this matter with urgency.
