I had a great experience at lumiere clinic. The staff at the reception were welcoming and very professional. I visited Dr.for a consultation and was impressed with how thorough and attentive they were. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. I also want to mention how kind and helpful the clinic manager Ms. Waad . They made sure everything ran smoothly and even followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the service. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their patients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality skin care.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel it’s important to share. While the clinic’s services are average and can easily be found at many other places, their customer service is seriously lacking. Every time I’ve had a concern or complaint, I was told someone would “check and call back” but no one ever does. This has happened more than once, which shows it’s not just a one time oversight but a pattern of unprofessional behavior. The call center staff treat you like they’re doing you a favor, not the other way around. It’s frustrating. If customer care matters to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Waad, the branch manager, for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She is always smiling and makes sure that every customer feels comfortable. Her professionalism and care really make the clinic a welcoming and organized place. As for Dr. Susan, her work is truly outstanding! She is an amazing skincare specialist, and my skin has improved so much since I started treatment with her. The glow, smoothness, and overall freshness of my skin are all thanks to her expertise and attention to every detail. If you’re looking for effective skincare treatments, Dr. Susan is definitely the right choice.
