I honestly regret coming to this clinic for my veneers, and I feel that the entire experience was a waste of money, time, and trust. I want to share my experience so that other people will be aware before making the same mistake I did. I paid a lot expecting high-quality, professional dental work. But while the doctor was putting my veneers, one of my front veneers actually broke during the procedure. This was clearly their own mistake. Instead of taking responsibility and replacing it with a new veneer (which I already paid for), the doctor told me she would just put “pasta” (a temporary filling) to fix it. I was shocked because I expected proper treatment, not a cheap solution for something I paid so much for. Less than 3 weeks later, my front veneer broke again. I had already informed the doctor before the procedure that I couldn’t floss properly, but they didn’t give any proper guidance or solution to prevent this problem. When I returned to the clinic, the response and service were very disappointing. They didn’t take accountability, and I felt like they just wanted to do the fastest and easiest fix instead of providing the quality I paid for. This whole experience has caused me nothing but stress and frustration. I trusted this clinic with something as important as my smile, but the result was very bad. The veneer work was poor, the aftercare was careless, and the customer service did not match the price I paid. I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Veneers are an investment, and you deserve a dentist who will give you quality work and take responsibility for mistakes. Sadly, I did not get that here.

It’s been a couple of months since I Dr Shanahas took over my braces adjustment after my original dentist left in the clinic. And in a short period of time, I can see a huge progress and improvement of my teeth. Well recommendable and HE IS SO DEDICATED, PASSIONATE AND ACCOMMODATING of me. I loved how he is really taking serious of my treatment . You must try also to experience the same thing. Job well done doc and wishing you continued success on your endeavor.

The staff are very nice and that’s why this clinic would deserve one star. When I made the appointment I asked to meet with a dermatologist, however they made me meet with a GP who had no idea what I’m concerned about and was just trying to sell me the service they have without asking real questions related to why I actually came. It is not the doctor fault, the clinic should be more honest and open about their medical staff rather than lying to the patients. They should have told me that they don’t have a dermatologist from the start.

I am not happy of the result of my composite veneers, I regret that I went to your clinic last month to fix my front teeth. My front teeth has little chipped I thought you can fix it that's why I chose your clinic but I am not satisfied I have so many concerns after procedure so I raised my concern to the management. They asked me to go back but it get worse because there so many bumps in the surface of the veneers then after a week the composite veneers got broken I noticed that now I have a big gap between my 2 teeth in front as you can see in the photo so I am thinking maybe they grind my natural teeth and cover it with the composite veneers. I chose composite veneers coz it says that its not require to shave the natural teeth. so disappointed.

Just had my fractional laser + exosomes treatment at Purecare Medical Center and here’s the real tea 💆🏻‍♀️✨ First off, the receptionist is a total sweetheart—warm, friendly, and made me feel like I was checking in at a boutique spa, not a clinic. The vibe? Clean, chic, aesthetic AF. Definitely Insta-worthy interiors 💅🏼 Now for the treatment itself… I was with Dr. Marukh, who was super kind and gentle, butttt—I was lowkey surprised when the exosomes were injected instead of applied with a dermapen like I expected Would’ve loved a heads-up on that detail, ya girl likes to know what’s coming when needles are involved! 🫣 Also… plot twist: I was not alone in the treatment room. Yup, another patient was there while I was numbing and lasering. Felt a bit like a laser party I didn’t RSVP to Not something I’ve experienced in other clinics and tbh, I prefer a little more solo glam time. Still, I’m excited to see the results. Would I come back? Probably yes—with a tiny request for more privacy and more convo about what’s being done 🏼💖
