We would like to extend our appreciation and thank you to Dr. Katarina for giving the best care possible for our family. She's a great OBGYN, very lovely to talk to, her voice is very reassuring, you will not feel anxious. The moment you step inside her room until you leave, you really feel that you are in good hands. Also to her assistant nurse, thank you big-time! On and post CS, Dr. Katarina been great - making sure everything went well and we were okay esp mommy and baby. And to maternity ward nurses, thank you so much - to Ate Teena and the team, thank you! Thank you! We feel very at ease under your care. This is our 2nd delivery with Mediclinic Al Noor and always been given the utmost care possible. To Dr Katarina and the rest of the nurses and care providers - thank you so much! Lots of love for you all! ❤️

I am grateful to all the doctors for this branch of Mediclinic Al Noor. But they are closing soon I hope my doctors are still there regardless they will be relocated as the trust and confidence for patient truly takes a huge amount of effort. For the Pharmacy waiting time is okay but some medicine are incomplete. Overall I am satisfied. 👍🏻

If the cleaning of the hospital especially the toilets became better i will give 4 stars. And if the receptionists and nurses deal with the patients in nice way and smile i will make it 5 stars.... the photos from 3 different areas

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support we received from mediclinic staff especially, to my OB-Gyn Dr. Rimpi Datta, during my labor and delivery. My extended gratitude to the assistance of Dr. Nabila, Midwife Julianne, Yara, Suhair and for nurse Teena (from maternity ward) and nurse Jyothi for their consistent assistance & friendly demeanor. Your expertise, kindness and dedication made a significant impact on our journey and lasting impression on our family. I was induced for labor due to the risk on my baby having IUGR Condition. I was well informed on the procedure to be done, so I have prepared myself physically & mentally. I am confident that I am in right hands, Whenever l have a doubt or clarification, I ask Dr. Rimpi and I am left satisfied with her answer as she always explain it so well. During the process of delivery, I am grateful to her and how she prioritize patient care. It took me a long hours of labor but they patiently wait, monitor me and the baby, weigh in every situation and maximize the chance to have a normal delivery. Thank you so much Mediclinic Team.

I visited the hospital a few days ago, and the internal medicine doctor prescribed a medication I could not find anywhere. I booked a follow-up appointment to have it changed, but arrived about an hour late. To my surprise, the same doctor who has been my physician for the past two years refused to see me or issue an alternative prescription solely because of my lateness. This was despite the fact that, on every previous visit, I have always been on time and still waited at least 30 minutes beyond my scheduled slot without complaint. I explained to the receptionist that the medicine was for blood pressure, a daily-required treatment I had been trying to source for several days, but she stated the doctor still refused to see me. This will be my last visit to this hospital, and I cannot recommend it based on my personal experience. I have lodged a formal complaint, hoping it will be addressed by someone who truly cares.
