2 months agoI have been a member here for the swimming pool for almost 8 months but recently the changes they made are very bad.. they completely remove the towels because they apparently consider it a "luxury"... they want to increase their membership fees and add towels to that.. yeah laughable! I am sorry but the pool itself is tiny compared to other swimming pools it easily gets crowded if 3 people go inside and it becomes a chore to swim without bumping into another person... the fact that they even think towels is a luxury is extremely ridiculous maybe they will also start charging us to use tissue and drinking water!!! and their customer service? absolutely poor. Either your customer service has to justify your prices or the place has to justify the price but to have neither AND also remove one of the basic human rights which is towels will only cause you to lose clients... at the end people will always pay more if they find a better service and a better place because at least we will be getting our money's worth back. and don't let me get started on their other services.. their prices are not cheap but the service they provide (haircut, massage, hair treatment etc) are below expectations... I have been to other salon/spas that charge me more but their service is SUPERB. I always leave extremely satisfied. But here although I have voiced my disappointment over their services they do nothing to appease the client. I hope the owner sees my review if she cares about her business she will take action.

3 months agoKate did an excellent job with my hair. She is professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. Niki provides excellent massage therapy. Always professional and effective. Kim Kim delivers high-quality nail services with great attention to detail. Rachel Rachel is skilled and professional. Her work is consistently impressive. I was very satisfied with the result of their work and would gladly return.

4 months agoVery shocked! What kind of management is this?! I was refused to renew my platinum membership "because I'm complaining"! I got a severe nose & ear infection from the pool diagnosed by the doctor, so now I have fears for a pool, and asked to flex services for my next membership if possible (withoul pool). The receptionists said "take it or leave it". It's only their option. I didn't ask for any discounts, I just checked for plans without a pool, but offered plans are not flexible - either "this", or "this", or all together. So it made me mentioned about my fears for the pool. Anyway, I said it's fine and I'll go to pay for the full package then (even though I will at maximum attend a few classes in a month and sometimes use the sauna). But what a surprise - the receptionists got an instruction over the phone from "the management" to refuse me on renewal, because - "no one is allowed to complain loudly" ! Moreover, as receptionist said "Our manager said it is your problem you got sick, we always clean our pool'. Yes, ok, it is my problem, but for many times ( in private conversations with staff) I pointed out that I see some woman going to pool just straightforward from removing their clothes (without taking shower), some don't use a proper swimming suites, and even there are shampoo-bubbles on the pool (because some members maybe forget to shower the hair before the pool). I have no idea who that one manager is, I never met/or see that manager, or managers. But this is their way of problem-solving - to get rid of clients. The receptionists are useless with an artificial attitude, with no idea what is helpful customer care communications, they are "shaking" for everything. The only actions they are able is to call to manager and ask for actions!(I have no idea what sense to keep such workers if they are not proactive). And, the manager decides over the phone what to do! (based on receptionist emotions only, who cares for clients!). It's not ethical, nor a loyal management strategy. The basic rule for customer care - is to try to "understand your client", or at least try to "hear" them! Business is a balance between profit-orientation and customer loyalty orientation. HOW can a manager get decisions based on receptionists emotions only, and even not meet with customers?! It looks like you pretend to be a 7* star private club who decides over the phone to cancel someone or not?:-)) You are too far away from this formula. Years ago I was invited to attend a class as a presentation of this club. I tried it, and after a class straightaway purchased a membership. But when I was on my way home I received a call from the reception: "Thank you mam for joining our club, but you still need to pay for a class you attended earlier today" - Really?? But I just purchased a membership! - "Sorry, but this is our management instructions". This club is definitely profit-oriented only! In COVID times, I know from many around that many infected people were attending classes (yeah, that was a situation everywhere like this, hard to predict), but when I heard that all employees were instructed to hide their "covid history" - that made me stay away from this club. Again, it assured me they are profit-oriented only. Just half a year ago I came back here, I love swimming. Many, many members told me they fall with the pool attendings, because everytime they get infections. I knew it was only my decision and choice to take a risk or not. Ok, I got a severe nose and ear infection, and I just informed them that pool now is a fear for me. So the management decided to get rid of me - still I'm not sure exactly why! Maybe they are afraid I'll raise this subject again,..I don't know! (but there is no need for me to raise it again, many-many of your members experienced it already! and before me! and many of them shared their fears with me). ..And lastly, I was so stupid to recommend this club to my friends and colleagues, all of them told me that I'm overrating this place, and they never came back. NOT RECOMMEND!

3 weeks agoI just became a member a month ago, and I am loving this experience so far. The facilities are great and the staff is wonderful especially Coach, Rana and Aisha and Eman. I cannot also forget the director, Madame Yousra she has been wonderful with me and my friends.
