Highly Recommended I’ve visited My Look Beauty Salon only twice so far, but I must say, I’m extremely satisfied with both experiences. The salon is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a very calming atmosphere. What truly sets it apart is the staff – they are incredibly polite, gentle, and have such a pleasant nature. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Though I’ve taken services only a couple of times, the results have been excellent each time. It’s clear that they care deeply about customer satisfaction and quality. If you’re looking for a salon where you can relax, be treated with respect, and leave feeling pampered – My Look Beauty Salon is the place to go. Trust me, once you visit, you’ll want to keep coming back!

⭐️ 1/5 A few days ago, my friends and I visited this salon for hair services, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. It felt like they didn't know how to treat customers with basic respect. What's even more upsetting is that when the owner lady is present, they behave politely and professionally — but in her absence, their attitude completely changes. We even noticed them making fun of us in their regional language, which was extremely hurtful and disrespectful. This was the first time I ever felt so uncomfortable and disrespected during a salon visit. Another issue was that they weren’t ready to share the available offers or service details clearly. We had to ask multiple times, and still didn’t get proper information — which felt very unfair. We expected a relaxing and professional experience, but sadly, we walked out feeling insulted. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better training and behavior from the staff.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon — a big thank you to Rita and Laxmi for their amazing service! I did manicure, pedicure, threading, and nail polish, and everything was done with such care and perfection. Rita and Laxmi were both incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and the results were absolutely beautiful. I m feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommended! I will definitely be coming back again. 💅✨

Terrible experience with my root color session yesterday. I went in for a regular touch-up, but during the wash, the staff handled my hair roughly, causing a big tangled knot. Shockingly, they later claimed the knot was already there — but no one mentioned anything before the wash! My hair is already weak due to the UAE weather, and this just made it worse. To make it worse, I had to leave with wet hair and no blow dry because of how much time was wasted — I was literally running late! The salon owner was kind, but the staff were unapologetic and careless. And despite all this, they still charged the full amount. Extremely unprofessional. Won’t be returning.
