5 months agoOn Monday I visited the salon for the first time for highlights, a face wax, Moroccan bath and a manicure and pedicure. I can honestly say I was very impressed with the service and end result. They make you feel welcome and so comfortable and I will definitely be going again even though it was a long journey for me. They ensure that I didn’t leave until I was satisfied with the outcome of my hair and the bath was amazing.

They are focusing on money only not for good service.I went for haircut and ask them to prefer me a suitable haircut, the staff was buttering me and offered that she will provide me beautiful haircut.Also I ask her to reduce hairlength.She was talking too much and convincing me but disappoinment only I am not satisfied with the service they provided.

6 months agoAvoid at All Costs! I had an extremely disappointing experience at High Looks Ladies Salon. The makeup was poorly done—uneven foundation, unblended eyeshadow, and an overall cakey look that made me feel uncomfortable. It looked nothing like what I had asked for. As for the hijab styling, it was a disaster. The stylist had no idea how to properly secure it, and it kept slipping throughout the event. I had to constantly fix it myself, which was frustrating and completely ruined my experience. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. They rushed through the entire process and didn’t bother to correct their mistakes. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere with skilled professionals who actually listen to their clients.
