Faina Ladies Salon ( RUSSIAN SALON )

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience to help others make informed choices. I had an appointment at 12:30 PM and informed the salon ahead of time that I’d be about 10–20 minutes late. They reassured me it was fine, as the technician I booked with had no clients scheduled after me. I arrived around 1:00 PM, only to be told that my nail technician had burned her hand — which I completely understood and appreciated her honesty. She said another technician would start the prep and she would continue the service afterward. However, the second technician ended up doing most of the work, and unfortunately, the process was extremely slow. Each finger took around six minutes just to apply base, and the overall quality was not what I expected. When it came to the nail art, I mentioned that the previous color was still showing underneath, but instead of correcting it, I was told, “It’ll be fine.” Sadly, it wasn’t — and I left with nails I wasn’t satisfied with. What made the experience worse was that I arrived at 1:00 PM and didn’t leave until 6:00 PM. Spending five hours for a refill, gel manicure, and gel pedicure is excessive and far from reasonable. The technician I initially booked with also ended up working on a walk-in client while I was still being serviced, which felt unprofessional and disappointing. This experience left me frustrated and exhausted. I hope the salon takes this feedback constructively and improves their time management, communication, and service consistency.

I recently had my balayage done by Sami and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She has such a great eye for color and blended everything so beautifully! It looks natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. Sami was warm, professional, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. On top of that, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, which made the visit even better. I’ve already received so many compliments on my hair! Highly recommend Sami and the whole team. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!

I live this salon , The staff are very welcoming . I did a hydrafacial with SARA and it was AMAZING she knows exactly what my skin needs, I did my nails with Neemo and the look beautiful .. I am coming back again .. Super 👌

Amazing staff. Great service Would always recommend bonu for gel. She was very patient with me and my very picky taste. Love her my go to salon for nails.
