Eiffel Tower beauty salon

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had booked an appointment for a hairdo before an important function, but despite that, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes before they even started. The hairdo itself was the worst I’ve ever had—completely unprofessional and lacked perfection. They didn’t even use a setting spray, the entire look was spoiled because of the hair. I also got my eyebrows done, which was equally frustrating. The staff member kept talking throughout, saliva would occasionally spray out while she spoke. I later found out that two of my friends had similar experiences at the same salon. On top of that, both eyebrows turned out uneven. Got pedicure done before ,that service I found decent. However, given the poor experience with hair and eyebrow services, I would not recommend this salon.

After visiting this place for nearly 20 yrs, I got the disappointment that I never expected. I was charged for a treatment that I didn't request, as if they're only after money. Really it was disgusting. I shall never visit them again.

I always use this particular salon for some specific treatments. So, my review is based on the treatments I have done. They are really good at eyebrow threading. The Moroccan bath and body massage is also very good. I do a regular mani pedi. The ladies make sure the equipments are clean and sterilized. The nails are shaped as per my liking and they take their time to ensure the nails and feet are clean. I also do a facial once every month. It is not a fancy facial but just to keep my skin and pores clean and revitalized. The particular facial here suits my skin so I am happy with their service. The ladies working there are polite and courteous. The salon is clean and tidy.

I decided to visit the salon based on the reviews. Yes, the ladies are very nice, but I’m not at all happy with my hair treatment. I’ve lived in the UAE a long time, and have never had issues with my hair, until I asked them to do a simple all over brown dye treatment. That was early December, and my hair is still falling out in clumps and feels like straw. I never use heat products either. I’ve been in touch with them, and asked for details / ingredients of the dye used, but they refuse to answer. I am very unhappy.
