2 weeks agoCompared to other salons, I prefer Bella Dona for their professional skills and services. I’ve been with them for years, and my daughter loves the hair cutting and styling. It is so good.

2 months agoThis was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Instead of welcoming me or helping with my appointment, they acted like I was a burden. Their tone was unprofessional, their body language was unfriendly, and they made me feel completely unwelcome. I honestly can’t believe how people with such poor attitudes are allowed to represent a business. It was clear they had no interest in assisting customers or maintaining a respectful environment. I didn’t catch their names at the time, but I intend to find out and make sure others are aware of how these individuals behave. People deserve to be treated with respect—especially in a place where they are spending their time and money. I strongly do not recommend this salon unless they make serious changes to their customer service standards.

2 months agoMy mother and I have been loyal clients of this salon for over 10 years, regularly visiting both of their branches. We’ve always appreciated the service and professionalism—until recently. Unfortunately, our experience has changed dramatically since they hired two new managers. One is a light-skinned Chinese woman, and the other has darker skin with long hair. Sadly, both have been incredibly rude and disrespectful—not just in general, but especially to my mother, who has been supporting their business for over a decade. It’s deeply upsetting to see someone her age (twice theirs) being treated with such disregard. One particular situation stood out. They assigned a brand-new employee to style my hair, and she wasn’t doing what I had asked. When I politely pointed it out, she literally shushed me. I reported this to the staff, and they replaced her. However, on my next visit, one of the managers told me I was “wasting employee power” just because I “didn’t like someone.” She completely ignored the fact that I had requested something specific and was not being listened to. What’s worse is the overall atmosphere now—there’s frequent yelling, a clear lack of respect, and a complete disregard for long-time clients. It’s truly disappointing to see a place we’ve loved for so long take such a turn. I hope the salon management takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders who they choose to represent their brand

a week agoI visited your salon today for a hair treatment. Before coming, I had already removed my extensions at home, with only a small amount of glue remaining. During the wash, the receptionist, Shaheen, insisted that I had to pay an extra 50 AED for glue removal, claiming it’s usually 20 AED per bead. I asked if this was mentioned in your policy, and she admitted it wasn’t, yet still insisted on charging me. I explained that my treatment should include such steps, especially since I had no extensions left in my hair. She raised her voice at me, which I found unprofessional, so I decided to cancel the service. This experience was disappointing and far from the level of service I expected.

5 months agoBella Dona Salon offers excellent haircuts with skilled staff , However, the price for a simple trim has increased from 80 AED to 126 AED, when I asked why they have changed the price they told me this price it the same price as more haircut styles like layers or any hair cut types I believe a trim should be more affordable because it’s only straight hair cut and cutting only few inches of the hair .. I have shared this concern with the manager. Hope they reconsider the prices
