I've been seeing Rafi for a few months now, and he has truly been a game changer for me. It's so rare to find a hairdresser who really understands what you want — especially when it comes to color and cuts. I'm very particular about shades and can't stand those unwanted orangey tones that sometimes appear. Rafi listened carefully and nailed the color exactly how I envisioned it. The same goes for the haircut. I needed to correct a bad cut I got at another salon, and Rafi was incredibly patient, asked all the right questions, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. More recently, I tried a high-end hair treatment with him. I was a bit underwhelmed by the results, and without hesitation, he offered to redo the treatment for free and even promised to bring me some vegan hair products during his trip to Japan as a thoughtful gesture. That kind of care and commitment is rare and so appreciated. I'm really glad I found him — I finally feel comfortable knowing I can trust someone with my roots, color, and cut, and walk out happy every time.

This is my 5th visit to Rafi for my cut and colour and I can confidently say he’s exceptional. His expertise with colour is unmatched. He’s always punctual and great hospitality (especially the chocolates with my cup of tea). Every visit is personal and I always come out feeling refreshed. Highly recommend and I will continue to return.

I love this salon. Ive been going to Rafi for my hair since it opened and have brought friends and family there too. All the staff are friendly and the service is great 👍 The salon itself has a classy vibe to it and it always spot clean. Rafi is my go to hairdresser for cut, blow-dry, color and anything to do with hair. I ALWAYS get compliments after a visit. I came here to get hair treatment and while I expected my hair to be smooth and shiny after washing it like I was told, I was disappointed as if I hadn't done anything, so I informed them, and immediately got a response. They appologized for the inconvenience and invited me back anytime to do the treatment without any extra charges. Its thier professional service, skills and experience that keeps me coming back. Gloria is not only a sweetheart, but she is brilliant when it comes to removing keratin bonded extensions! She is extremely gentle when handling your natural hair during the extension removal. She is just brilliant! The salon is also beautiful, clean and a very relaxing environment. Definitely recommend this salon and for extensions make sure to ask for Gloria she is just fantastic!

I have been going to Beauty Spot for literally years and every single time I leave happy. I notice they always have the latest products and services. They often do cool offers and Christmas gifts.
