3 weeks agoI have had the most distressing and traumatic experience. Please please please do not rush into anything with this clinic. Having had aesthetic treatments for the last 15 years I decided to try a new clinic away from my home country and how I wish I hadn't. They completely and utterly butchered my face at every site that was injected. I sought opinion from a Consultant Dermatologist that confirmed I had been mal treated both in terms of the treatment carried out and also the post treatment or lack of. I have tried to raise complaints with them for the last 3 months. Finally this week I could take no more and raised an official complaint with DOH. I then received a call from their Medical director who apologised a lot and said she wanted to make sure that this never happens to another patient and will issue a refund. Since then I have had it confirmed no refund will be issued only for the course of treatments that I have not used yet. BEWARE.

As a person who is scared of needles, she made me feel comfortable and reassured me by talking through the session. We had a skin consultation and she educated me about skin care. She is very kind and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend the place and her. The staff at the clinic is very friendly and patient. Thank you!
