I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. NIsrine Amazzal as my Health Consultant and Advisor. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and well-informed. Dr. Nisrine combines deep medical expertise with a warm, compassionate approach that immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always listens to concerns with genuine care and professionalism. Plus, her approach made me and I believe other patients under her care feel so relax and calm. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calming presence made all the difference throughout my visits. I always felt confident that I was in excellent hands. I am so thankful for Mediclinic being in Reem Mall, they literally saved my life. I have always has a good experience with this branch and the staff are well trained and welcoming. Didn't realize that they would be saving me from an anaphylactic attack due to cross contamination of my coffee. Unlike the cafe, they were very supportive and caring. The pharmacist (Sara) was really responsive with the nursing team when she realized I was struggling and couldn't administer the EpiPen to myself. I really appreciate them. I unfortunately cannot remember the nursing team that helped me, as I was in a state of shock. But still, I'm thankful for them.

I went to the dermatologist dr . GHADEER . She was very rude and careless. Consultation was 3 minutes, I explained she said she will check and then she said I have nothing! She didn’t take me seriously. I explained her I already was diagnosed before and I have been going through treatment so my symptom's aren’t that obvious but I still needed treatment for my skin issue. She barely looked at my skin from a far. other doctors looked with a special magnifier which is used but she didn’t even bother to take it. She said , no u have nothing I will prescribe moisturiser only., I explained to her nicely the issue she told me to go back to the doctor that I saw before and get the treatment there then. Never going back there again

The clinic is conveniently located and easily accessible. It’s usually not crowded and walk-in visits are smooth and quick. It’s also very clean and smells pleasant. My experiences at this hospital with Dr. Nisreen have been highly pleasant. She is both personable and professional, and her bedside manners are excellent. She is attentive to patient concerns and is concerned about overall health. The pharmacy is right next door which makes filling prescriptions fast and easy. The pharmacists are also very efficient and thorough. Excellent clinic 10/10.
