Hair color - Loved the hair makeover done by Sarwat. She did it wholeheartedly and with love. She is very efficient with her work. She chose the apt color that suited my face cut and complexion.

I had an amazing experience at Freya House of Beauty! I went in for a balayage and BB cream hair treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The color turned out exactly how I wanted—natural, vibrant, and beautifully blended. Shirley did a fantastic job with the balayage—her attention to detail and skill really showed, and she made sure everything looked perfect. Stella was also absolutely wonderful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire 4-hour session. The team was warm, professional, and took such good care of me. My young daughter wanted to get her hair done blue. Because her hair is pitch black, I was terrified thinking of the damage the bleach would cause to her hair. But when I spoke to other mothers in my friend circle who've had their daughters' hair done, I was directed to Freya's. Im glad I went for their suggestion because from my WhatsApp chat with their manager, Stella, to having my anxiety addressed by the gentlest, caring and experienced Shirley, our experience was nothing but brilliant! Shirley used oil-based bleach for my girl's hair and made me feel it after they'd washed it. Huge difference compared to the other rough bleaches I've experienced in the past! There was no aggressive selling of their post-treatment products except for checking with me the hair products I already use for my daughter. I order sulfate-free shampoo for my family anyway so all they did was a quick ingredient check before giving me a thumbs-up, followed by after care routine tips. It was obvious the salon and it's staff are known in the community for their honesty and warmth. Given its the end of school season, many kids either have their grad ceremonies or, end of year performances - there were two other young girls who had visited the salon for hair services. And they all seemed happy :) Free valet parking available. Im definitely going back!
