2 weeks agoI’m following up with Dr. Hani. He and his assistants are very nice and friendly, and I’m happy with the treatment I receive from them. However, I’m very unhappy with the receptionists and how appointments are handled. They refuse to make any changes, always saying the schedule is full even when it isn’t. It’s frustrating to travel a long distance to see my doctor and still be unable to because of the receptionist’s attitude and the way they speak to patients over the phone. Also, even when I arrive on time, I often have to wait 30-40 minutes before seeing the doctor because they give me the wrong arrival time and then tell me it’s not yet my turn.
