I recently visited Skin Glow facial center and was thoroughly impressed. Ms. Laila was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, perfect for relaxation. The facial treatments were exceptional, tailored to my skin type and concerns. The service is usually great, i go there for facials and korean head spa, the technicians are good. It’s a bit difficult to get a booking for the time you want. The customer service experience is not great at all. I paid for a service for a friend and they gave her a completely different service that what was agreed and paid for, they kept making up excuses on why they changed the service but really there was no excuse and they just messed up but cannot take accountability. The older staff employees were better. Also they are overpriced to be honest.

I had an excellent korean hair spa experience at Skinglow Facial Center!! It was my first experience doing this service, and I must say that it was an experience like no other. I was shown how my scalp was dehydrated (which I already was assuming that it was), but I could really see it with the scalp camera. The therapist really took care of my scalp..as we would care for our face. This experience was like treating the scalp with the best products and it feels squeaky clean now. It was an absolute value for money, and I was amazed to find this at this price..when everywhere else I checked .it was almost double the price. A perfect value for money, and must try! Definitely taught me that I need to take care of my scalp too..its nt only a matter of skin that shows...bt also the one that's hidden, that we need to take care of! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Probably one of the best facial experiences I’ve ever had. I was taken care by Ruby from the moment I entered and she recommended I do the Korean facial and it was amazing! My least favourite part of any facial is the extraction but to my surprise it did not hurt at all. Loved her technique and attention to detail. Definitely recommend it!
