I recently had my first HydraFacial and RF microneedling session with her, and I was amazed at how painless the experience was. Her hands are incredibly gentle, and her expertise truly shines through. She is professional, skilled, and confident in what she does. Since I have very sensitive skin, I really appreciated how careful she was throughout the process. She also recommended IV drips, and after seeing how glowing her skin was, I decided to try it as well. The next day, my skin was radiant and felt so healthy! Thank you, Ms. Merry Rose 🌹💕

I had a wonderful experience at Lumair Clinic, and I can’t say enough good things about Beverly! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing—perfect for a self-care day. Beverly is incredibly professional, gentle, and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic was not good. I purchased a laser package, and every time I tried to book an appointment, the available dates were extremely far. If I asked for an earlier appointment with the same nurse, they would tell me to switch to a different nurse, even though I had already been waiting weeks for a specific one. Moreover, they would change my appointment times without informing me, and I would be surprised by the sudden changes. Although the nurse was skilled and the receptionist was helpful, the clinic clearly lacks respect for patients’ time and reliability in scheduling. The call center service is also very poor — you end up paying your money and then constantly chasing them just to secure your appointments. I do not recommend purchasing any packages with them. If you must deal with them, I highly advise paying per session, because after buying a package, it becomes a struggle just to get an appointment. I am writing this review after having three negative experiences with them

I had the best HydraFacial experience with Mayrose! She was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole session super relaxing. She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredibly clean, smooth, and refreshed right after — I was glowing! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Mayrose for anyone looking for both amazing results and a warm, professional experience!

Trying to get treatment here for 4 times. The customer care is really bad and their english is very poor. They ask for more opportunities, like your ex. Shaved 4 times for nothing. If you choose to have a consistent laser treatment, this is not the place. Very unprofessional attention.
