Glitter Dringenden Clinics

I had a disappointing experience due to long waiting times and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Despite arriving on time, there was little communication or courtesy shown. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, which made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect for customers' time. I came for hair prp after my blood sample was taken i had wait almost 3 hours for procedure when i asked in reception why they took blood sample they simple said we dont care doctor is not available you can go

I’d like to share my experience with Glitter Dringenden and especially the staff particularly Jane who attended to me for my appointment. Jane was professional and attentive to great detail with my request & Service I requested. Also service from front desk staff was professional. Kind Regards James

I gave a rating of 3 due to the long wait times. During my last appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early, but still had to wait an additional 50 minutes in the room before the doctor (derma/ cosmetologist) could see me. When I raised my concern about the waiting time on a subsequent call, the agent responded, "If you can't wait, then don't book with our clinic." Is this an appropriate way to address patient concerns? It seems like no effort is being made to reduce wait times. Perhaps the clinic should reconsider overbooking doctors. Waiting 20 minutes is acceptable, but waiting for an hour is not. On the positive side, the doctors are good, and the prices are reasonable.

Great service and Good clinic, The staff were friendly and helpful especially to Joan
