Upon arriving at the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff, Joel and Kae, who were both exceptional in their approach—friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The X-ray team maintained the same high standard of care, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the process. Dr.Ibrahim conducted the consultation with professionalism and expertise, addressing my concerns promptly and resolving the issue on the spot, leaving me with no discomfort. The follow-up plan was clearly explained, leaving me confident about the next steps in my dental care. Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish.

I visited vision dental clinic recently and the receptionist Joel and Mona treated me professionally they offered different type of drinks while i wait for my appointment and reminded me multiple times about my appointment. My appointment was with Dr. Salim and his assistant Jen. They got a X-ray scan by mohammed who took my blood pressure and assisted me in making my profile with them i clean my teeth regularly but this was the best one i ever get Dr. Salim did a great job and made sure he give me the best result he provided me with a full consultation about the option i could do and were very informative about his job and what he will be doing and proceeded to do a fantastic job. Highly recommend the place!

Very welcoming staff, very friendly and personalized service as soon as you go to the reception. Now Dr Asma and her assistant are great! Dr Asma discusses your case with you. Takes your opinion, gives their professional advice and is very accomodating and understanding. I have yet to see how long the work lasts but so far everything is great. Also wanted to add that they take pictures of before and after the work as well as during progress so that you have an understanding of what is happening and how things look every step of the way.

I had my root canal done today and was impressed by how quickly I was accommodated — they gave me an appointment within 45 minutes of my call. I had some initial doubts, having consulted two other physicians prior, but once the procedure started with Dr. Salim, all my concerns were put to rest. He was incredibly informative throughout and ensured I was comfortable at every step. I genuinely felt no pain at all during the entire process. A big shoutout to the reception team as well, especially Joel, for his warm and efficient service. Vision Dental Care has an excellent team, and I highly recommend them!
