I went to PureCare Medical Centre for a consultation in the dermatology department, but what I experienced left me horrified. The washroom was absolutely disgusting — it stank so badly that it was unbearable, the toilet seats were broken, and the whole place looked like something straight out of a horror movie. To make things worse, there was a dirty, foul-smelling mop right by the entrance and the garbage bins were overflowing and filthy. This is a healthcare facility — if they cannot even uphold basic standards of hygiene and cleanliness in their own premises, how can anyone trust them with patient safety and care? I was so appalled that I walked out without completing my consultation. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and strongly urge others to think twice before visiting. PureCare, you owe your patients an explanation and immediate action for this disgraceful state of affairs.

I honestly regret coming to this clinic for my veneers, and I feel that the entire experience was a waste of money, time, and trust. I want to share my experience so that other people will be aware before making the same mistake I did. I paid a lot expecting high-quality, professional dental work. But while the doctor was putting my veneers, one of my front veneers actually broke during the procedure. This was clearly their own mistake. Instead of taking responsibility and replacing it with a new veneer (which I already paid for), the doctor told me she would just put “pasta” (a temporary filling) to fix it. I was shocked because I expected proper treatment, not a cheap solution for something I paid so much for. Less than 3 weeks later, my front veneer broke again. I had already informed the doctor before the procedure that I couldn’t floss properly, but they didn’t give any proper guidance or solution to prevent this problem. When I returned to the clinic, the response and service were very disappointing. They didn’t take accountability, and I felt like they just wanted to do the fastest and easiest fix instead of providing the quality I paid for. This whole experience has caused me nothing but stress and frustration. I trusted this clinic with something as important as my smile, but the result was very bad. The veneer work was poor, the aftercare was careless, and the customer service did not match the price I paid. I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Veneers are an investment, and you deserve a dentist who will give you quality work and take responsibility for mistakes. Sadly, I did not get that here.

The staff are very nice and that’s why this clinic would deserve one star. When I made the appointment I asked to meet with a dermatologist, however they made me meet with a GP who had no idea what I’m concerned about and was just trying to sell me the service they have without asking real questions related to why I actually came. It is not the doctor fault, the clinic should be more honest and open about their medical staff rather than lying to the patients. They should have told me that they don’t have a dermatologist from the start.

I recently visited PureCare Medical Center, Abu Dhabi for a tooth extraction with Dr. Maria Sabu, and I am very happy with the overall experience. Dr. Maria Sabu was extremely professional, kind, and patient. She explained the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The extraction was done smoothly with minimal pain, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she gave me. The staff at PureCare were also very friendly and supportive, making the whole process stress-free. Another big plus is that their services are budget-friendly compared to many other clinics in Abu Dhabi, without compromising on quality. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend PureCare Medical Center and Dr. Maria Sabu to anyone looking for good dental treatment at an affordable price.
