Dr. Samer explained everything clearly—my condition, the surgery, and what to expect afterward. He kept me well-informed at every stage. He was kind, calm, and professional, which helped me feel safe, comfortable, and greatly relieved my stress. The hospital staff were very helpful. 4 months agoDr. Anuradha has been amazing with our son. She did a cavity procedure and couple of fillings for him about a month ago, and the whole experience was surprisingly smooth. She was super kind and patient, making sure he felt comfortable and not scared at all. She explained everything clearly to us, which really helped put our minds at ease too. You can tell she genuinely cares about kids and knows how to handle them with a gentle touch. We're really happy we found her and would definitely recommend her to other parents.

2 weeks agoI really appreciate the doctors here — they are kind, attentive, and professional. However, I’m quite disappointed with how the internal system operates. Today, I came in for a blood test that was ordered by my doctor. Surprisingly, the lab technician couldn’t find the order in the system. The nurse couldn’t see it either. Yet, somehow, billing could see the order. How does that make sense? What made things worse was the amount of time wasted just trying to sort this out. On top of the already long wait times, I had to repeatedly explain what happened and when I saw the doctor. It was frustrating and inefficient.
