Great Experience! The salon was very clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional. I got a haircut, facial, and threading — all were done with great care. My skin felt fresh and glowing after the facial. The prices were reasonable too. Overall, a very satisfying visit. I’m definitely planning to come back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Complaint Regarding Incomplete Massage Service and Lack of Resolution. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your salon. I had booked a one-hour massage for my mother with Monika, but unfortunately, she only provided a 40-minute session instead. This was not only disappointing but also felt like a significant shortfall in the service I paid for. To make matters worse, when I addressed this issue with the salon's manager, no resolution or service recovery was offered, perhaps an offer for a refund or rescheduling of the session, but nothing was provided👎

I had the most amazing experience at the salon recently, thanks to Reena! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor. I was looking for a specific haircut, one I had been envisioning for quite some time, and I was a bit nervous about whether it would turn out the way I imagined. But Reena listened so attentively to all my details and was incredibly patient, asking all the right questions to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted. Her expertise was immediately apparent. Her attention to detail was exceptional – she paid close attention to every snip, making sure the layers were perfect and that the overall cut would fall beautifully.
