Her warm and friendly approach immediately put me at ease, and I left feeling relieved, reassured, and happy. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I can confidently say she is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

3 months agoWe had made an appointment with Dr. Fathi and confirmed it twice. The manipulation started from the front desk, call center, and administration to play against patient rights as the doctor was away and they confirmed by phone 1 hour ago for the appointment that the doctor is available in the place. However when we came, he was not attending the whole day. Each receptionist and call center give different answers, which tells you that this place is not professional and not ethical at all.
