2 weeks agoI completed my service on June 26th with Dr. Waseem, and since July 1st I have been contacting the clinic to book my retouch appointment. I have everything documented with screenshots. Today, when I came to book, I was told that I am late and I lost my right to the service. By what logic does this make sense? For a big clinic like this, such mistakes should never happen. As a patient, I paid the full amount, and I deserve to receive the full service just as the clinic received its full payment. I am not dealing with a clinic for the first time, but if this is the way you treat patients, then it’s a serious problem. There is no transparency and no credibility in the way this was handled. This is very unprofessional and unfair, and I expect my 👎🏽right to be restored
