BE AWARE!!! POSTED FEBRUARY 5,2026 I am sharing my experience so other patients can make an informed decision. I paid the full amount to Dubai Cosmetic Surgery for a surgical procedure and had a consultation with the surgeon at Euromed Clinic, a sister company of Dubai Cosmetic Surgery. While the consultation itself was professional, the surgery was later canceled because the surgeon’s DHA license had not been processed earlier by the clinic. Despite multiple written promises and intervention by Dubai Economy & Tourism for consumer rights, the refund has still not been received. I strongly advise prospective patients to confirm refund policies in writing before making any advance payments, as repeated commitments from the clinic were not honored.. UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY 23, 2026 I am extremely disappointed with how this clinic has handled my refund. I am documenting my experience to inform other clients. • December 18, 2025 – I paid 30,450 dirhams in full for a scheduled surgery. • December 19, 2025 – The surgery was cancelled due to a licensing issue with the surgeon. The clinic acknowledged this and initiated the refund process. • December 30 – The owner stated the refund would be returned by January 5, 2026. • January 5 – No payment was received. • January 6 – I filed a complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). • January 6 – The owner stated payment would be made in two installments starting that week and the following week. • January 22 – Following DET intervention, the owner committed to returning the money by February 3, 2026. • February 3 – No refund was received. • After a follow-up visit by DET, the owner requested a one-week extension, stating payment would be made by February 13. • February 13 – No payment received. • February 18 – Another commitment was made to deposit the refund. No payment was received. Since then, my follow-up messages have gone unanswered. As of today, I have not received my 30,450 dirhams refund. The refund was initiated due to the clinic’s internal licensing issue, yet months later the amount remains unpaid despite multiple written commitments and regulatory involvement. I hope this matter will be resolved immediately. UPDATE AS OF MARCH 08, 2026 The management has made another commitment to return my money on March 18, 2026. I am currently waiting for the resolution and hope the matter will be settled as promised. UPDATE AS OF APRIL 3,2026 Again asking for another month to settle the refund…. This clinic is so disappointing using the current war as an excuse, they got my payment since Dec 2025, so where did my money go????
