a month agoKaya seems to be having frequent offers and looking for opportunities to make more money but I have to take an appointment 3 months in advance if I need a service on The Weekend because it is always full. This is unacceptable. You should know the cap on clients so that your clients are serviced well. I will not renew my package with Kaya because of this. Also after almost 9 laser sessions I’m still seeing consistent hair growth. So laser treatment as not as effective as I thought it was.

From the very first visit, I was charged for a consultation — and then immediately hit with the usual sales line about a “50% offer today.” Unfortunately, that wasn’t even the full story. There was always another twist, another add-on, another cost that wasn’t mentioned upfront. I ended up paying almost AED 8,000, and only after the procedure was I told to come back for a touch-up. At that point they conveniently informed me that they charge for practically everything except the air you breathe. None of this was explained beforehand. Overall, the entire process felt misleading and purely money-driven. Save your time and your money — this company is more focused on upselling than on genuine care or transparency.
