2 months agoI had an appointment with Dr. Mehtab on November 2 for a filler dissolving procedure, and the plan was to get a new filler done on November 9 before my wedding. Unfortunately, the appointment was later rescheduled because Dr. Mehtab was unavailable, and the new date offered was Tuesday, November 11 — the same day as my event. I reached out to the clinic to explain the situation and asked if it would be possible to do a temporary filler before the occasion. When I visited again to discuss the options with Dr. Mehtab, the interaction was disappointing. Her manner felt unfriendly, and the conversation lacked the professionalism and understanding I had expected. I truly believe that doctors should always treat patients with kindness and clear communication, especially in aesthetic consultations. It’s also important for Dr. Mehtab and the clinic to respect appointment schedules and avoid unnecessary changes, as these can really affect a patient’s plans. Overall, this experience left me quite disappointed. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and scheduling to create a better experience for future patients. Also, I was charged AED 1000 for the dissolving procedure, even though, to my knowledge, this is usually offered without extra charge in many clinics when followed by a refill.
