I come here always just for mikeal, he is the best🥰🥰🥰 I only trust him with my hair to be honest, my daughter also gets her hair done her and she very picky with who touches it but mikeal is an exception, also gets a lash lift really recommend it

The experience was mixed. I came in for a blow-dry and a hair treatment priced at 520 AED, which I agreed to. During the appointment, the hairstylist repeatedly suggested cutting my hair, even though I clearly said several times that I did not want a haircut. After a lot of insistence, I was reassured that only a very small amount would be cut, so I eventually agreed. Unfortunately, much more length was cut than expected, and the final result was much shorter and more layered than what I wanted, so I am not satisfied with the haircut. At the time of payment, I was charged 670 AED, without the additional cost being clearly explained or confirmed beforehand. This made me uncomfortable and gave me the feeling of a lack of transparency. The salon itself is clean and the staff is polite, but better listening to clients and clear communication about prices before adding any extra service would be greatly appreciated.
