I recently had my very first surgery, lipedema liposuction with Renuvion on my thighs, knees, lower legs (front and back) at Amwaj Polyclinic, performed by Dr. Sebastian Michel, and I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Sebastian Michel made me feel completely at ease. He is extremely professional, calm, and reassuring, and he truly takes the time to listen and answer every single question, and I had a lot of them. I am naturally someone who wants to understand everything from A to Z, a bit of a “controlling” type who likes to know exactly what’s happening and why, and Dr. Michel handled that with so much patience, understanding, and attention to detail. He respected my need to know everything, took every concern seriously, and explained every step with great care, which really earned my full trust. The Amwaj Polyclinic team, especially Stefanie and the entire staff, were absolutely amazing. Always reliable, kind, and easy to reach whenever I needed anything. I truly felt cared for and supported throughout the whole process. I also want to mention the Dubai London Hospital, where my procedure took place. The nurses were wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with so much warmth and compassion. It was my first-ever surgery, and I was honestly terrified, especially of needles, but they were so gentle, holding my hand, comforting me, and making sure I felt safe and calm at all times. In total, 4.7 liters were removed, treating lipedema stage 1, and my recovery so far has been very smooth. (Painful but smooth) I truly feel I was in the best hands possible. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience, both with Dr. Michel and the Amwaj Polyclinic team, as well as the Dubai London Hospital staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering lipedema surgery or any aesthetic procedure. Professional, caring, and genuinely human, just the way it should be. Thank you! ♥️

I visited Amwaj Polyclinic for a double chin treatment with Dr. Natasha and the attending nurse. The experience was very informative — they both took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I understood the process. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff, very professional and attentive throughout my visit. I highly recommend Amwaj Polyclinic!
