It’s my first time visiting the clinic and I have never been amazed of how accommodating and welcoming everyone is. Special thanks to Dr. Sumaiya not just for a job well done but also for being professionally compassionate, supportive and patient before, during and even after the procedure. Highly recommended!

Doctor Sumeiha is one of the best doctors in the UAE. I’ve been seeing her since last year, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. She truly understands what each client needs and always puts natural, beautiful results first rather than recommending unnecessary treatments. I’m so grateful I found her. She is incredibly professional, caring, and talented. Her hands are truly magic! 🪄✨

I trusted this clinic for my full-body laser treatment, but instead I was left with painful, burning skin. Within hours, I developed red patches, and even after two days I was still in pain. My skin became itchy, started peeling, and now I have dark marks on my arms. I don't know if these marks will fade, and that fear has caused me so much anxiety. I work as cabin crew, where looking presentable is part of my job. Every flight, I have no choice but to apply makeup to cover these marks, even though I'm worried it could make my healing skin worse. I also had to miss my yoga classes and gym because of the pain. What hurt me even more was how the clinic handled everything. I was asked to come in because I was told a doctor would help me, but when I arrived, the staff had no idea about my case and simply asked me to email my concerns. I emailed the management with photos showing my condition, but I didn't receive any response. I repeatedly requested a meeting with the manager, but no one contacted me. There was no follow-up, no genuine concern, and no empathy. > > After everything I've been through, is refunding the amount I paid really enough? What about the physical pain, the emotional stress, the fear of permanent marks, and the impact this has had on my work and daily life? Money cannot undo what I've experienced. > > This experience has completely broken my trust in this clinic. I only hope no one else has to go through what I did.

I’ve been visiting Garden Plus for over three years, and I’ve never been disappointed. The service has always been consistently good. A special mention to Laxmi for my laser hair removal and RF treatments. She’s knowledgeable, knows how to adjust the settings appropriately for your comfort and treatment needs, and checks in throughout the session to make sure you’re doing okay. She’s also incredibly empathetic and makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring
