2 months agoI had a laser treatment at this clinic and unfortunately experienced a complication afterward. I reached out multiple times via email and WhatsApp, including follow-ups, but received no response at all. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and aftercare, especially considering this is a medical/aesthetic procedure that requires responsibility and follow-up. I expected at least acknowledgment or guidance, but there was none. I am sharing this experience so others can be aware and make informed decisions.
