in the last weekVery disappointing experience. i came from far away specifically because of a promotion they posted on Instagram, only to be told when we arrived that the offer was no longer available. There was no clear update, clarification, or disclaimer mentioned on their post. If a promotion has ended, it should be clearly communicated online so customers don’t waste their time and effort. This felt unprofessional and poorly handled. Transparency with customers really needs to improve.

in the last weekI had a confirmed my booking for myself and my sister with specific hairstylists. During my service, my hairstylist left midway to attend to other clients, causing a long delay. A simple hairstyle took over two and a half hours, multiple stylists were involved, the quality was poor, and my hair was damaged due to excessive heat. Additionally, the receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. This experience was very disappointing and far below acceptable service standards.

a week agoExtremely unprofessional is an understatement .IVe been to shade once before and had such a horrible experience my friend and I that we actually contacted Dubai consumer rights.This was my second attempt and officially my last.The issue last time was also Only with the receptionist the hair dressers are so lovely.Theres always hidden charges !ive been to the most luxurious salons in Dubai and nobody minds paying but trying to rip off customers is unacceptable .The receptionist charges you based on her mood basically .Last time she charged me for using my OWN products because theirs is unbranded and I didn’t want to use it.They have a Sunday to Thursday blowdry offer which also they decide when it is and isn’t valid.Spare yourselves and go to a professional salon that welcomes guests ,resolves issues doesn’t have a rude receptionist and has recorded prices and aren’t scamming you …

2 weeks agovisited the salon today to get my hair and nails done, and I’m beyond impressed with their work. I got my hair done with Ashley and got my nails meni& pedi done with Gaga. Both were so sweet and lovely. Loved the blow dry even though my hair is really hard to work with and not everyone gets it done as I like,and had my nails done just like I love them. I will definitely be back again.
