Health Avenue Plus Polyclinic

I visited the clinic for a hair removal session and unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience. When I arrived, there was a strong smell of smoke in the reception area, and staff were smoking right at the entrance. There was even coffee and a cigarette placed on the reception desk, which is completely inappropriate for a clinic setting I have photos of this. While I was speaking with the Arabic receptionist, she interrupted our conversation to answer a call from another customer, which I found quite disrespectful. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional and not welcoming. I hope these issues are taken seriously and corrected. after i put also my review in instagram they blocked me

This is the absolute worst place for laser. I paid in advance for 3 sessions and I cannot find any availabliliyu too book, there is zero flexibility to change or reschedule, they don’t remind you of when you need to book another session, and when you do remeber there are no availability. Then when I tried to book with my usual therapist they told me she left, so they don’t even inform you ahead of time of such things and everyone knows how important it is if you already trust and work with one therapist. I asked for a refund so that I can at least book elsewhere since they are always not available, first they told me our accountant will get back to you, more than a month later no reply, only with constant follow ups, and then they say we don’t do money refunds. We can offer this and that, and when I tried to book again my sessions guess what? No availability on the days I want and zero effort to make it happen. Horrible, and I don’t know how to get out of this cycle with this awful awful clinic

Health Avenue Plus Polyclinic is an excellent medical center. The team is highly professional and welcoming, making patients feel comfortable from the start. Appointments are well-organized, and waiting times are minimal. The doctors are experienced and take time to answer all questions with care and clarity. The clinic is also very clean and well-maintained. I’ve had a smooth and positive experience every visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality healthcare services.

Absolutely amazing experience! The entire team is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The customer service is amazing, they truly go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the results. I left the below review 4 weeks ago and I stand by it. But after today, I am very disappointed with this place. I got a confirmation call on Friday regarding my appointment at which they did not inform me I’d have a different therapist. I arrived for my appointment today and greeted reception telling them I was with Melissa for 2pm, at which point I was also not informed then that I’d have a different therapist. I was left hanging in reception for a few minutes while they stared at the computer screen chatting. Then a new therapist arrived and took me to the room, I asked where Melissa was and that was when she told me that she was no longer with the firm. How do you expect a client to accept this? I was not even given the choice to select my own therapist, let alone INFORMED that Melissa had left, considering I will be getting undressed and it is something intimate. I told the receptionist I would not be going ahead and she asked me why, which I then said because I booked with Melissa and her response was that the new one has “the same experience”. It’s not about the experience, I have been with Nesreen for years and it took me time to get comfortable with Melissa. I got no apology for the inconvenience or not being informed ahead of my appointment when I took time out my day to get there. Disgraceful service. {Previous post} I have been with this clinic for the last 4 years, I was with Nesreen at the Marina clinic and she provided such fantastic service, super kind and genuine person. Unfortunately she left the clinic but I was fortunate to meet Melissa (based in Majan clinic), I was anxious at first as I’ve only had 1 therapist the last 3.5 years but she has taken such good care of me! I feel super comfortable with her, she explains the process thoroughly, friendly and genuinely cares about her patients! Couldn’t ask for a better therapist
