2 weeks agoI had a permanent makeup eyebrow removal procedure at this clinic. Unfortunately, two months after the treatment, one of my eyebrows is still damaged and visibly red. I have been walking around like this for two months because the injure was too hard, which is absolutely not normal. Throughout this time, I tried to contact the clinic to understand what was happening and what could be done to improve the situation. However, the administrator only forwarded messages from the specialist instead of addressing my concerns directly. No one from the clinic took responsibility, offered a proper explanation, follow-up care, or any solution.
