After purchasing a 500 AED 12-month membership, my experience has been poorāuncooperative staff, lack of professionalism, and inconsistent service. Iāve faced excuses, been assigned inexperienced staff, and received misleading information about offers. Overall, very disappointing and not recommended.

in the last weekThe worst salon ever I stayed for 7 hours only for nails extensions, they are lack of items 2 hours to find an extra nipper, bad quality products, broken feet top, they boil hot water in kettles, lack of hygiene and if new customer comes they ask the stuff who is doing my nails to go for the new customer, and after all this time I got the worst nails ever and cut skin and moreover all this happened while the owner is there she didnāt even come to talk to me, I wanted to leave many times they kept on asking me to stay I felt bad for the staff I stayed, and the payment time they had the audacity to ask for my nails pictures š§š§ and they charge me way more than the salons around the area. I donāt advise anyone to go to waste their money or time. They donāt respect their customers.
