Their service, in short: pay up, and do whatever you want… but if anything goes wrong, complications are “rare,” and you signed up knowing everything anyway . The important thing is that the procedure was completed and the money was paid, but the patient bears the consequences. My experience was enough for me to say: some things truly aren't measured by their success rate, but by what you might pay with your health if you're among the rare few. Thank God for your safety, and money can be replaced… but as for health and life, May God protect everyone.

Clean, professional & very good service

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, with a serious lack of transparency and consistency. I had a confirmed appointment for my procedure and had already paid the full amount in advance. I have arrived on time, I was kept waiting for four hours. Every time I asked about the delay, I was given a different explanation. First, I was told that the rooms were occupied. Then I was told the doctor needed another hour. Later, I was told that my scheduled procedure time had already passed and that I now had to wait until an operating room became available. Even after they inserted the IV cannula, the doctor told me I still had to wait another 50 minutes. After four hours of waiting, conflicting explanations, and uncertainty, I became extremely stressed and uncomfortable and decided not to proceed with the procedure. The lack of transparency, organization, and clear communication completely destroyed my trust and made me feel uncomfortable proceeding with a medical procedure at this hospital.

This hospital is the worst I've ever seen. Their prices are outrageous. They took money from me for tests and waiting until I was exhausted and my blood sugar dropped dangerously low.

I honestly want to thank Dr. Modar Aljibaee for the amazing work he did. He is very professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. I had my rhinoplasty with him, and I’m currently only two weeks post-op. So far, I’m very happy with the result, and I’m sure that as the swelling goes down and my nose continues to heal, I’ll be even happier with the final result. What I really appreciate is that he truly cares about his patients even after the surgery. He is very responsive and helpful. Whenever I call, he answers and always tries his best to help me with any question or concern. He doesn’t just perform the surgery and leave you on your own afterward, which I really value. I highly recommend booking a consultation and meeting him in person. The first consultation is free, so go, talk to him, ask all your questions, and make your own decision. I also want to thank all the nurses and assistants who were with me from the very first minute I entered the hospital until I left. Everyone was kind, supportive, and professional.
