a week agoI'm very upset with them. I had a laser session, and it was at a low temperature. I asked them to increase it, but they didn't, and the work wasn't precise, so some hair didn't come off. I asked them for a touch-up session, and they did it at a lower temperature than the first one, for five minutes, and then I got up. It wasn't even done all over my body, and they didn't even bother to do it. The nurse's attitude was like I was doing her a favor for free. I went down to the manager, and his words were illogical, and he didn't do anything. It's like my money is forbidden!
