4 weeks agohorrible customer service phone call. i already know that my insurance was valid with them as i talked on the whatsapp. the call center agent wasted my 15 minutes to confirm exactly the same and then told me “ i cannot book your appointment with the dr for consultation give me your phone number the team will call you back” horribly unprofessional and unhelpful. Why waste my time if you cannot book appointment at the first place? i already told you that my insurance is valid and i have whatsapp chat with you company.

a month agoI’ve been a patient here for a cervical spine injury and unfortunately my experience over the past few months has been frustrating. There has been an ongoing issue with my physiotherapy insurance approvals that the clinic agreed to help resolve — specifically cancelling pre-authorised sessions I never attended — but despite being told it would be handled, it wasn’t, and the problem has dragged on for months with no resolution.

a month agoDoctors are good to what they do, but when it comes to sessions renewal and reports submitting to insurance it is a big disaster, it is like I have to do it by myself. No one does anything , I have to constantly call to push on them.

a month agoUpdating my review because Elsa deserves another shoutout! I originally came in for knee issues, and now she’s been helping me with my back pain. As always, Elsa worked her magic. She somehow knows exactly what my body needs, and I always walk out feeling lighter, looser, and significantly better. One of the biggest wins for me is that I’ve been able to get back to playing football again thanks to her help. The facility is still top-notch, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the whole experience is always smooth and welcoming. Elsa clearly has superpowers, and I’m grateful to be one of the many patients benefiting from them. Highly recommend!
