The time you show your interest they will continuously call you and once you started your treatment they will be least bothered in attending your appointment request.They are just money oriented rest they don’t care about the treatment procedure or client.There is lots of Clinics in Dubai,don’t trust on them just because it is Indian brand.Will never recommend anyone.

2 weeks agoDear VLCC Marina, Marina VLCC has been my second home! Visiting VLCC branches for 17 years, Marina has great staff, Latha does amazing Facials & massages. Sonu’s great in manicure, pedicure & massages too. Thank you, Dr. Mhatre for your professional advice and trustworthy services. Monisha is the bestest :) and Adyasha is the most amazing branch manager of VLCC Marina!! Thank you for your guidance and understanding! Wish you all were here in the US too! 3 weeks agoMost unprofessional service provider in the Middle East most poor customer service. Appalling behavior. You can keep calling they will never return your calls, and I have had an incident where they give me a booking and I reached and the clinic was shut. Better to pay the hundred 200 dirhams extra and go to a decent place and put yourself through this torture.
