in the last weekI usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing and I feel it’s important to share. I purchased several treatment packages at Glow Aesthetic Clinic based on the information their staff provided. What was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase was that the Yellow Laser machine is only available part-time and is moved between branches, which made it impossible to maintain the required treatment intervals. I faced repeated cancellations from the clinic and constant scheduling issues due to machine unavailability. This completely disrupted my treatment plan and made the course medically ineffective. When I requested a refund, the clinic used incorrect refund calculations, charging me brochure rates instead of the actual package prices I paid — which is not compliant with UAE Consumer Protection Law. I tried to resolve the matter amicably, but the clinic refused to provide a legally compliant refund. I have now escalated the case to the relevant authorities. I hope management improves transparency, consistency, and refund practices so other customers do not face similar issues.
