in the last week**★☆☆☆☆** I traveled from Australia for dental implants at this clinic and have had a genuinely awful experience. On my first visit, all was fine. On my second visit, right before my 12-piece implant procedure, I discovered they hadn't even designed my teeth layout yet, despite this being essential prep work. This was a serious lapse in professionalism. The owner reassured me he'd "sort everything out," and I was then rushed in for the implants to be installed. The work felt hurried and careless. Within one week of returning to Australia, two of my bottom teeth came loose and fell out overnight. This is despite being promised a lifetime guarantee on the implants. I'm now in real pain, unable to eat properly, and left to deal with the consequences of what feels like negligent work. When I reached out to the technician who did the installation, the owner's response was to cancel that technician's license and tell me that "Dr. Hamza" was now responsible for fixing everything, including covering my travel costs to return. Dr. Hamza has since made excuses and largely ignored my messages. I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic. My experience suggests they prioritize taking payment over patient care and follow-through. I'm happy to provide photos and documentation of the damage upon request.
