a week agoI visited the salon today for my 7:00 PM appointment. In terms of service, I was very satisfied with the hair treatment; the service was excellent, and the salon staff were incredibly understanding and kind. As soon as they learned about my respiratory allergies, they immediately turned off the air fresheners and were very understanding of my condition. However, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. Despite explaining my allergies and requesting that the air fresheners be turned off during my visit or that I be provided with a changing room, she didn't give me the attention I needed and only offered me the bathroom, even though there were several empty rooms on the first floor! The management needs to train their receptionists to deal more professionally and attentively with clients' health conditions.

Especially doing my hair with Fathia transformed my hair. She’s knowledgeable and gentle and always ensures that the customer is satisfied. It’s very hard to find hair stylists that are genuine and recommend you things that you actually need.

It has a coffee shop in grand floor, i tried the watermelon drink so refreshing The nails service is amazing, staff are so friendly and they provide their expertise in what they think is better for client nails. Assure you have a booking before you go.
