a week agoAmazing first time in that hidden gem salon, tried today a wonderful facial, what I loved most is how the facial expert Olga take care of every details, advice with the proper service needed and even investigate if you need to change any habits or products you are using at home, I did my French manicure with breathable polish , they chose for me the Green trending tip, for my pedicure you won’t imagine this is one of the very few salons that have Margaret Dabbs products, my pedicure was wonderful, I had a trauma in my big toe due to long hours of standing at my work, they beautifully hide it with the overlay and the wonderful gel touch, loved all their details , so much recommended and so eager to try more of their luxury services … P.S .. you can give a try before Eid preparations next month👏🏻👏🏻

a month agoThe Wave Salon is my favorite and go-to salon in Abu Dhabi, and I’ve always had good experiences,however, I had an uncomfortable experience with two hair technicians (Arab staff specifically) who tried to promote products and treatments in a very unprofessional way. One told my sister after drying her hair, “smell your hair, it’s burnt,” and another technician tried to convince me to do a treatment by comparing her hair to mine, asking me to touch both and implying there was something wrong with my hair. The approach and attitude felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and it made us uncomfortable rather than informed or confident in the service. I really like this salon and hope management addresses this, as professionalism and respectful communication are essential.
