Overall, my experience at the clinic was good. The reception team was welcoming and professional, the staff were friendly, and the technician herself was nice and very polite. However, I noticed several practices during my treatment that I believe could potentially be harmful to the skin, especially for clients who may not know what is appropriate or safe. First, they used steam to open the pores before the extraction. For oily or acne-prone skin, I personally would prefer a more appropriate chemical method rather than prolonged steaming, as excessive heat and steam can irritate and aggravate the skin. Second, they used a metal needle/tool during the extraction process. I was concerned about this because mechanical manipulation with a sharp metal tool can cause unnecessary trauma to the skin and may potentially make the appearance of enlarged pores worse. Third, while applying the chemical peel, the applicator that came directly from the bottle touched my skin and was then placed back into the same bottle. From a hygiene perspective, I found this concerning because the applicator had already been in direct contact with my skin. Returning it to the original product could potentially contaminate the product inside the bottle , when i told her that she replied it’s only one time use bottle for each patient but i’m not really sure of that because how come one patient uses the whole bottle of chemical peel is not very logical for me . The most concerning issue for me, however, was the Dermapen. The technician passed the Dermapen directly over active acne, even though I specifically asked her to avoid the active acne. She reassured me that it was fine because she had applied a chemical peel beforehand and claimed that the peel had “killed all the germs” inside the pimple, making it safe to microneedle over it. This is medically inaccurate. A chemical peel does not sterilize an inflamed acne lesion or make active acne an appropriate area for microneedling. Active inflammatory acne should generally be avoided when performing microneedling. I understand that the technician is not a doctor, so I can give her the benefit of the doubt regarding the medical information she was given. However, I do think these are important points that the clinic should review and improve, because they can potentially affect clients’ skin health. Overall, I would say the clinic is okay and I might recommend it to people who already understand skincare procedures well and know when something doesn’t seem right. However, for someone who doesn’t have enough knowledge about skincare and medical aesthetics, I personally would not recommend going without doing proper research first. The staff were kind and the overall customer service was good, but when it comes to procedures involving the skin, I believe proper hygiene, technique, and medically accurate information should always come first.

The physician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. One of the worst clinics I have ever visited. The receptionist was very unprofessional and had an unacceptable attitude toward customers. While the clinic has good equipment and skilled technicians, the overall experience was disappointing. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I had to wait for over an hour without any proper explanation. Even if they had once caused burns in my body due to using a machine that i haven’t requested and still gave them a chance . it Better customer service and appointment management are definitely needed.

Today I went to Well Touch Clinic and had laser hair removal done. The technique was beautiful and very precise, and I felt very comfortable there.

Worst facial of my life I ended up having bacterial acne cuz of it. I paid around 3000 just to get acne when I haven’t had acne in years
