Kaya Skin Clinic – Mazyad Mall Branch, Abu Dhabi

I recently visited Kaya Clinic in Mazayad Mall and had a very good overall experience. I had a consultation with Dr. Swagata and went ahead with a few treatments including RF and some facial contouring. What I liked most was her approach — she explained things clearly and suggested what would actually suit my face instead of overdoing anything. The results look quite natural, which was important for me. There’s a noticeable improvement, but nothing looks artificial. The clinic itself is clean and well managed, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend Kaya Clinic Mazayad Mall to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

Poor after sale service, no proper response to follow up bookings.. making us to wait for long even after multiple book confirmation

Very very bad Service and not trust anymore. I had visited kaya clinic, mazyed mall location. Abudhabi For doing my wife Face Laser treatment. They had convinced us for taking packages (6 times)for doing Laser treatment. For second sitting we had a call for appoinment many times n, They are not interested to give us appointment, we informed the scenario to the manager and customer care, they told we will give a solution,again no response We called again not respinding so we visited the mazyed mall clinic to return our money that if they are not giving solution . they told us we don't have option to return your money. Same day manager informed us to wait for few days for another appoinment, we told we dont wan to do from their... after two days they arranged another clinic to do remaining sitting. But it is very far from my location . I told i can't be there its far, Do arrange something near or give us our money back... We will do any near clinic Now again its around one month finished, no response.. See the responsibilities of management and staff. What we did the mistake is, we belive kaya clinic so they treat us very bad and cheat us smoothly. Am not recommending anymore this clinic and i will move to labour and health department to notice this issue, this never happen any more to other people.

Pathetic service. No importance of commitment with patients. They come and leave the clinic by own will. No schedule for them. Without telling the doctor go on leave. Very bad management l
